Black Ministries is a department under the Southeastern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventist. Made up of 17 churches that are predominantly African-American congregations, our church locations are found in Riverside, Orange, San Diego, and San Bernardino counties. With over 11,000 people worshiping every week, Black Ministries is proud to serve its members.

Southeastern California Conference (SECC) of Seventh-day Adventists is a conference within the the Pacific Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, which, along with many other union conferences worldwide, is a part of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.  SECC is home to 178 churches, 23 schools, and Pine Springs Ranch, a Christian camp and retreat center.

We are a diverse group of believers made up of nearly 70,000 members, and have ministries in over 14 languages. The territory covers Orange, Imperial, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties in California.
